Answering your burning questions.

1. What kind of oils do you use?

I exclusively use phthalate-free and paraben-free fragrance oils in my products. I do not use essential oils in my products at this time.

The oils I use are designed to be burned in candles and product safety information for the fragrances is available upon request. 

2. Can I come shop in person?

At this time we do not currently have in person shopping available at the production studio. Please check out our list of retail partners to find a store nearest you. 

3. Do you do custom orders?

I do not currently offer white labelling, wedding favours, or any kind of custom candle. Our labels are printed in bulk and we cannot change them for small runs. At this time I do not have the capacity to create custom blends for other customers but am happy to discuss wholesaling my products in their branded packaging. 

4. Can I get a bulk discount?

I do not offer blanket discounts on large order quantities. Newsletter subscribers will often get exclusive discount codes to use, I offer sales throughout the year, and now have a rewards program that allows you to earn points for cash off your next purchases.

5. Who comes up with all the names?

Yours truly! These candles are a labour of love and I name them all with my good friend, Marina. If you meet me at a market or come pick up your orders in person there's a good chance you'll get to meet both halves of the Copper Bell brain.
